I always like men's shirts: they're made of such beautiful
fabric, the kind they rarely (save
Steven Alan) use to make
women's shirting.  I wan
to wear men's dress shirts, but they
only look cute if they are the only thing that you are wearing,
and let's face it, most of the time, that's just not appropriate.

So
, I started making dresses out of men's shirts.

They are made out of men's shirting, but designed to look
cute on girls.  Tight on top to show off your figure, loose on
the bottom for t
hat feminine swing.

In summer
time wear the cottons in ginghams and stripes,
and in wintertime wear the denims, chambrays and flannels.

All dresses are handmade by
Anne in Red Hook, Brooklyn,
New York City.
